The applicant is allowed to travel in and out multiple times at Australia for five years. The family members of the applicant are also allowed to work, study and live in Australia.
What are the requirements to apply for an investor visa (Subclass 891)?
Live in Australia while holding this visa for 12 months over the period of the previous 2 years.
Operate and owned the business in Australia for at least 2 years.
Holding the subclass 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 and 165 visas.
What are the requirements for Business Owner Visa (Subclass 890)?
The applicant must meet the business requirements.
The applicant must hold the Investor provisional (subclass 162) visa.
All the character and health requirements should be fulfilled by the applicant and the family members.
While holding the Investor Provisional (subclass 162) visa, the applicant must reside in Australia for the period of at least two years, out of the subsequent previous four years from the date of application.
For the primary holders of the investor (Provisional) visa, the family members are also entitled to this visa.
